Delivery services
Normal delivery
All our items arrive fully assembled. Our normal delivery time to anywhere in the UK is two weeks or less. Our carrier is responsible to deliver your order inside the threshold of your building. Delivery is free, and there’s no minimum order. Please let us know if you have special requirements, and we will see how we can accommodate them.
Packaging removal service
Packaging removal is offered at a fee of 2% of goods total (before VAT). Available for orders of between £2,500 and £10,000. Delivery will be into the first available room, and the carrier will unpack the items and remove all the packaging for recycling. Contact your account manager for full details.
Unpacking service
The Unpacking service is offered at a fee of 6% of goods total (before VAT). Available for orders of £10,000 or more. Customer provides Community Playthings with a listing of which item goes into which room, and the delivery team will see that items are taken to the correct location, unpacked, and packaging removed from the site for recycling.
Unpacking and placement service
The Unpacking and placement service is offered at a fee of 6% of goods total (before VAT). Available for orders of £10,000 or more. Customer will need to have made use of the Community Playthings room layout service, and order must match the final layout. Delivery team will take all items to correct room, unpack them, and place in the correct position as detailed on the layouts. Packaging will be removed for recycling.
