Tricia Wellings

Tricia Wellings brings over 25 years of expertise in the early years sector, complemented by a rich background in sales and customer service. Tricia holds an NNEB, BA (Hons) in Early Education Studies, alongside PTLLS, CTLLS, and A1 Assessors Award. She's the owner of Bright Kids, which includes eight day nurseries and three out-of-school clubs, Tricia also launched MBK Early Years to enhance staff development, which has expanded to serve educational providers nationwide. A respected leader, she chairs the West Midlands Ofsted Big Conversation Steering Group and contributes to various early years committees.
