Interlocking units

The interlocking, modular units can be arranged in endless ways. Stack or unstack them to accommodate children of many ages. Exclusive gravity loops secure the stack. Teachers can stack the units at two basic counter heights, 51 cm and 67 cm.

Interchangeable tops

It looks like a smooth wooden top, but lift it up and there is a cushion inside! All tops are reversible and interchangeable. Any drawer unit can become a cushioned seat. The cushion fabric is subject to change.

Recessed handholds

The recessed handles, pinch-free hinges and rounded corners are friendly to small fingers. PlayWorks has no protruding hardware.

Display board backs

Fuzzy display board backs on each unit give you cosy space behind the kitchen set. Add some cushions for a private reading corner.

Counter heights

Teachers can stack the units at two basic counter heights, 67 cm amd 51 cm, for children of different sizes.

The Yorkshire kit has a fridge, sink and drawer, stove, microwave, drawer, counter, and 2 red tote boxes. It comes with 5 cushions.

All PlayWorks items are 41 cm deep.

For ages 2 to 8. For kindergarten and older children, plan for a counter height of 67 cm.
