Glebe First and Middle School

Glebe School in Harrow, London purchased their first furniture from us in 2004 after seeing our furniture at the Education Show. At that point they wanted to equip the nursery that had been added to the school. Once that installation was complete they were so impressed by the quality that they started a gradual program of switching all the seating and tables in the school to our Woodcrest chairs and height-adjustable MultiTables. By 2008, all the plastic and metal seating had been replaced and the old welded-frame tables, which were not height-adjustable, were gone.

Because the MultiTables can be so easily adjusted, they can be changed to match the chair height and even better, can go up high for stand-up activities.
The book corner: Neutral wood tones don’t conflict with the displays and help prevent over-stimulation.
In the nursery the furniture units are used to create a home corner. When it is time to switch around the room, the flexible units can easily be reconfigured.
