Our normal delivery time to anywhere in the United Kingdom is three weeks - subject to availability at time of order. Our trucker is responsible to deliver your order inside the threshold of your building. Absolutely free freight. No catch. No minimum order. We only ship to UK addresses, so if you need shipping to other countries, see our list of Overseas Representatives.

Replacement Parts
Our replacement parts service is available to keep your equipment up and running. Give us a ring. It is helpful to have the serial number from the product when you ring. For older items we are also able to supply common replacement parts if the design has not changed significantly.

Billing Policy
For public schools and other customers who have established a charge account with us, terms are 30 days net. For all others, payment is due with order. We accept Visa, Master Card and Maestro (Switch). See our fax and mail order forms.

Credit on Returns
If you wish to return a Community Playthings product, please call us within 30 days of receiving it for return instructions. We will arrange all the details and pay for the return shipment. You are responsible for repackaging the item. Please hold on to your carton and packaging materials until you are certain that your order fulfills your needs. There will be a 10% restocking charge. No unauthorized returns are accepted.

Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect each box when your order arrives, and note any damaged or missing boxes on the delivery receipt. Then give us a call and we'll send you a replacement.

Supervising the Use of Our Products
Although durability and safety are prime concerns in the design of our product, Community Playthings are used by young children of immature judgment and are not intended for unsupervised use. The buyer assumes all risk of injury or applicability to a particular use.

The CE Mark is the sign that toys for children comply with the stringent new European requirements. We are pleased that we can mark our products with this internationally recognized symbol of quality and performance. Community Playthings complies with the Toy Safety Directive 88/378/EEC. Accordingly, the CE Mark is displayed on Community Playthings products wherever this directive applies.
